Departing Drugs, the practical guide to methods of self-deliverance,
is now available in English, German, Spanish and Dutch. Translated versions
of the book can be obtained from the respective "right to die" societies
of Germany, Spain and The Netherlands (addresses given below). Native
speakers of those languages should consider purchasing their copy of the
book in their own language. Some of the content of "Departing Drugs"
requires reading at length - it is not merely a checklist of steps to take
- and mistakes could be made if the reader is not very fluent in the language
in which the book is printed. You need to be fluent in the printed language
of your choice to be able to understand and benefit from the methods described.
Departing Drugs is available from the following sources. Please
note that all distributors require verification of at least three months'
(Germany: 12 months') membership of a recognized "right to die" society
before the book will be provided, and some may actually require a longer
period of membership. The verification should be in writing - either print
off the online form or ask your society to write a note confirming that
you are a)over 21, b)have been a member for at least three months, and
that c)they know of no reason why you should not receive this booklet.
If ordering from Britain, please send the note, plus a cheque in British
currency drawn on a British bank account or a Banker's Draft (we are sorry
that no foreign currencies are accepted), plus your order form. If ordering
from any other country, follow the same procedure but in the currency of
that country (it may be advisable to contact the organisation first to
check details).

There is also a version of Departing Drugs issued by the Dutch Society, NVVE. NVVE claim that certain changes were made with the authors' permission. This is incorrect. The Dutch version contains substantial changes to drug recommendations that are neither agreed nor recommended by the authors.
Scholars and other researchers referencing Departing Drugs should always refer, if possible, to the original edition published in English, or the 2007 reprint of the same. Other material by the same authors (with supporting references) is printed in various publications, all in English.
